CDP Senior Caucus Met at the CDP Exec. Board meeting on 3/4/22 (Full)

The Senior Caucus met at the California Democratic Party's March Executive Board meeting. The Caucus meeting started off with a greeting from California's Lt. Governor Eleni Kounalakis. Several candidates for office throughout the state spoke . That was followed by a presentation on Threats to Medicare. DNC Member, Susie Shannon, spoke on some upcoming rules changes that the Executive members would be voting on and then the California Secretary of State gave a brilliant presentation of being a Senior and the challenges of being the Secretary of State. State Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara spoke and there was a video on the Fairness for Injured Patients Act. The meeting wrapped up with Dr. Bill singing "Imagine."
