(Midoriya missed class as a dare by Mina), All Might took the punishment to far by fighting him personally until Midoriya was so out of breath and scared but still tried to stand up for himself. Hawks had just got up the stairwell and leaned against his wings to relax when he heard heavy breathing and he turned around to see All Might still fighting Midoriya. thats basically it
