Poku is the founder and CEO of Babbasa – the Queens Award For Enterprise (Social Mobility) winning social enterprise, which supports underrepresented young people to pursue their ambitions. He is also the co-founder of The Black Professionals Network and board member on UWE's Business & Management Advisory Board, Business West (Chambers of Commerce) and the University of Bristol Courts.
