Arizona Coyotes forward Brad Richardson answers questions following the Sharks vs Coyotes game.
Before the game, the Sharks honored Doan for becoming the franchise's all-time leading goal-scorer. He passed Dale Hawerchuk when he scored the 380th goal of his career on Dec. 31.
Tommy Wingels and Chris Tierney scored first-period goals to help the San Jose Sharks to a 3-1 win against the Arizona Coyotes at Gila River Arena on Thursday. Louis Domingue made 20 saves for Arizona, which had been 10-1-2 against Pacific opponents this season. The Coyotes finally beat Jones after Doan won a puck battle along the boards and slid a pass to Richardson in the slot. Jones stopped Richardson's forehand shot, but he poked the rebound into the net with a backhand at 11:24 to pull the Coyotes within 2-1.
