I use ChunkBase's seed mapper, its really nice for finding biomes, however, I tend to turn off all the structure icons so I don't spoil myself. I do leave Villages on tho.

I actually use these for my own personal survival worlds. I enjoy exploring, but I hate having to spend potentially hours searching for specific things like different woods because I want to use them in a build. When it comes to caving, loot and villages, I won't use it, but I like using it for things like that. Especially since I like playing on large biomes, finding certain resources I just want for aesthetics can be such a pain.
