Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the #travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this #travelvlog to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling! After achieving our new goal of 100 countries before 2020 and all 7 continents, we have no plans to slow down anytime soon, and we are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

Kara- even though the soap is biodegradable when you wash dishes in the creek someone downstream could drink your soapy water. Never let the soap go directly into an open water source. Instead use a basin or a bucket with your washing and rinsing water and dump it at least 200ft from a natural water source.

My favorite thing about you guys is that you feel like my best friends and I don't even know you. Been in a heavy depression and I went from an adventurous, free-spirited person who was always outside to someone who doesn't go outside much. I feel like I'll get back to that one day and watching your videos, especially the 100 countries documentary, makes me believe that anything is possible and won't be this way forever. I went to 26 states in 6 months at 21 and got to keep telling myself I wont stop until I visit all 50 too. Seriously love this channel.

Usually I would NEVER watch a youtube video this long. I clicked on the video and didn't even pay attention to how long it was until I was 50 minutes in! I loved this so much and I love how you guys edit the videos. It's so fun and entertaining.
