Please don’t think it was anything you may have done. Working in an ob/gyn I learned that sometimes your body knows that it is not a healthy pregnancy it will terminate the pregnancy. Just stay strong and we all are praying for you all.

Therapist here who has lost a baby. You all are doing such a good job of processing through your grief. You're experiencing several stages of grief at 1 time and it's okay. Be gentle with yourselves and know that you can get through this. There's value in having a safe space to talk so therapy may be a good idea for each of you.
