This was a great video. I watched this about 10 times and then ordered the parts online. I took my time, paused and restarted the video many times. took a couple pictures to make sure I could remember where everything went. I made a little diagram so I remembered to connect all the wires back up and it took me about 3 hours to complete the project. I took my time and cleaned up the old glue and adhesive material very carefully. i'm sure it wasn't necessary but I'm meticulous and wanted a fresh new seal. I am very satisfied and would have never attempted it without the video, thanks for taking the time and sharing.

Is it actually necessary to remove all the parts from the back of the phone first? Can you tell me how this helps? It seems like the screen isn't connected to anything from the back of the phone directly? Or what am I not seeing?

First off I think your Video is COOL! Straight forward, OK tune, and quick, Thank you. As far as this phone goes... and being a IT/Tech for many a years I had to have the newest and GREATEST (HA, What a joke!). I got this 7 Edge for X-Mass and am locked in with Verizon for GOD knows how F-in long and Samsung already has an 8 out with the 9 not far behind. FLEX SCREEN!! Now that is what I really need.
