How to Make a Mini Pistol Crossbow

How to make a strong mini pistol crossbow from household materials that fires wooden dowels, pencils and chopsticks. It is pretty powerful and can stick into wood! I'm using an acrylic prod but it would be better if you use aluminum.

First of all I like very much your Mini Pistol Crossbow . I think the stock is getting from balsa...Please is the aluminum flexible? Can you give me an idea as the trigger made in wood work?
