Honesty is a powerful tool that is often underestimated along the journey to a greater life. Being truthful to yourself can provide amazing inner strength and freedom.

We often think of honesty towards others but not so often for ourselves. When we start accepting our own personal values and opinions, we can quickly learn who we truly are and jump on the fast track to becoming our greatest version.

Judging is different from constructive criticism.

One big problem of the world today is that constructive criticism is often labeled judgement by those who wish to escape accountability and judgment is called constructive criticism by those who go around judging to feel better than other people.

Everyone judges based on their own set of morals and ethics that come from how they were raised. We should be less judgemental but some things require judgement or you'd be so open minded that you'd lack boundaries. I find it dishonest when anyone says they don't judge because it's an impossibility based on your own experiences. I think it's more about not treating people poorly if you disagree with them and their lifestyle. But you have to make judgements every day .

I disagree with one thing, we are going to be judged by everyone around us. People have the right to judge. But we have the right to ignore their judgement. If we believe in ourselves and what we’re doing, people’s judgements really don’t mean squat.
