Damn..even the replica sinking was sad as hell. Just a tragedy all around. Over 1500 souls lost that cold, dark, miserable night in April

The last survivors of the Titanic had passed away more than a decade ago now. There are no more living survivors so if there is an afterlife or even some form of it, everyone who survived are now together with their loved ones who died that fateful night.

It's amazing how many shipwrecks there are that the ship landed on its side. Very lucky it landed upright, it's good people are doing as many explorations of the Titanic before it completely dissapears forever

That’s is a very accurate depiction from what historians and experts say. Watching that miniature model even though no one perished is a awry and stark reminder of how powerful Mother Nature and human error in seamanship can be.

Rushing to make headlines and great time and was given reported warnings numerous times. They made headlines alright, just not the ones they were looking for.

The ocean is a vast, unexplored depth of unknown and must respected as so, I’d say without a question of a doubt the most unforgiving environment on Mother Earth.

The music adds a gravity to this reenactment

My grandfather told everyone who would listen, that the Titanic was going to sink. He kept warning everyone until he was kicked out of the movie theater

I've read and heard more and more stories about the event and found out that the 3rd class passengers were not blocked from getting out by locked passage gates but some were confused about how to get to the upper deck since English was a second language, there were no signs or hall maps and they'd had no experience with all the areas of the ship. Some didn't know the ship was sinking until things became obvious because it was very late at night, there weren't intercom or phones. We've heard that the few life boats were barely filled before being lowered, and some people hesitated to get in them at all. The more I read about the sinking and the people the more amazed I am.

I have so much respect because they literally broke the ship in half to mimick it

Love this, my heart goes out to everyone who lost their lives on that beautiful ship. May they rest in peace. A lovely tribute to the 1912 Queen of the Ocean, also known as the Ship Of Dreams ❤️❤️🥺 🙏🙏
