General Ji I think Southchina post saying that China gave debt guarantee to ShriLanka after India. I feel they are justifying help to Shri Lanka at home because China people are angry with their govt giving free money to other countries. Probably due to domestic pressure Chinese govt does not help other countries who are in need and look at China for help
