Kamala Harris: We Won't Put US Troops On The Ground In Ukraine

Vice President Kamala Harris joins TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie to discuss the crisis in Ukraine and how far the US is willing to go into Ukraine. “We’re not going to put US troops on the ground to fight Russians in Ukraine,” Harris says adding, “we will share information with our allies that is in pursuit and support of our mutual concerns and priorities.”

She isn't capable. She's not a serious person. And when she tries to be, its clear that she hasn't even tried to do her homework. She's gotten far on her looks and her manipulative 'charm'.. People like her..who say things they think are so funny/charming. Burst out in laughter at their own 'jokes' .. yes, the reaction to that, especially if you're trying to be friendly, is to laugh along. Even when you're not humored.
