The Tiger is heavily overrated still in some places but where it isn't overrated it's underrated. It was an imposing monstrosity of a tank that deserves a high reputation for what it was capable of and did achieve. I like to compare them to the ww1 A7V. They were made in much smaller numbers than perhaps would've been liked and likely could've had an insane effect if there had been more of them. But, that's not how things went, if they had things might've stayed the same or become significantly different.
