I don't know why would Southgate insist on parking the bus against teams like Germany. It's quite easy to see that England's strength is in attack. Inviting pressure against a team like Germany who is coached by Flick is dangerous. On an efficient day before you know they have put 3 in the back of the net and they won't let go if its in a world cup Give them something to worry about. As for Germany, I think a lot of players are out of form and it's Flicks job to motivate them and put them in a position to win. I can't see Germany or England winning it, but its great to see Musiala and Bellingham running the show at 18.
