Hi!

I'm currently developing a simulation at a Branch in Puerto Rico. The problem that I'm having is the same in every station...how to create one line, that can contain different types of:clients, process times and resorces.

For example (this is just the concept and not the real deal)

From the 100% of the population that enters the branch:
- 81% is going to the teller line
- The different types of clients in this example are
.30%.89 are doing deposit transactions (Constant 3min)
.24.36% are doing Cashing Checks (Constant 5min)
.44.75% are doing multi-transaction (Constant 9min)
*The line is served by 2 tellers

I don't know if:
- I have to create an entity for each type of transaction
- I don't know how to assign a process time to each type of entity or type of people
- How do I create 2 resorces for one line wich have a capacity to hold 2 clients (the time of one client doesn't have to be related to the other client).

Can any one help me ? If I have many type of demand because my project is about production of donut and I have 10 menu so I have to check inventory for 10 inventory right, how I should do? After that if inventory >= inventory min level I have to produce so how I should write the program?
