447. Who Created God?

If God was not caused, then God cannot have an effect. Things that happen are caused by things that were caused, that is just simple logic. If you say that God is outside of time, you need to explain how God could have an effect on time when he doesn't have a cause.. I don't think the universe was created by God, but it was probably a natural phenomenon, but I don't know what that is.
