Also, have someone you trust video you without your knowledge and send it to you later. I just had a former coworker send me a video of us at work and I almost cried. I usually don't see myself from another person's perspective. Usually I'm looking at other things or people through my eyes (like everyone else) or through my camera, but I'm seldom the subject.
Seeing that video of me joking and laughing genuinely (rather than posing in the mirror) made me love myself more.
