Hey pearl..if you wanna add a little extra flare to your build to show how much clay and such you have stored..you can create some display links and display boards. The links will sense the amount inside the storage...while the boards (which you can put anywhere you want) will display in real time what item and how much of said item are stored...in text/numbers. You can even have it set to percentage of storage unit filled if you so desired.

So proud of you for making the dirt farm! for the hoes: you can also use mechanical ploughs to auto till the dirt if they're on a contraption (say a bearing that has 4 hoes rotating around).

Also just a tip for the mechanical crafters: mechanical arms are your best friend. They will obey the filter on funnels set to their output so you can use one arm to deliver both the dirt and gravel to the right slots like so:
You have a funnel on each block of the mechanical crafter with filters set to the corresponding blocks, and depots for the input blocks. Then an army with he depots as inputs and funnels as outputs will auto sort everything.
Note that the mechanical crafters only take 1 item at a time so you can also attach hoppers to the slots and then the filtered funnels onto the hoppers to act as a buffer (Note that the hoppers will pull from each other if placed directly above one another so this could get messy)

Finally, in the future for cases of larger crafting (such as auto hoes), you can link adjacent crafters (use wrench on the backside, where the boarders between crafters is). This means that inputting into one slot will spread the inputs to all linked slots. This can sometimes be useful, depending on the recipe.

Use a plough! It's an instant, nonbreakable hoe. It should do its job absolutely no problem in contraption mode. Stick it on a mechanical piston, set the anchor mode to "only place when destroed", extend it permanently, and you should be good to go!

It was really interesting hearing your thought process when detailing the 3rd life clubhouse! I think the color blending of the sand and the bricks on the sub turned out really nice and the environment you added really brought it together. Very cool seeing you add the finishing touches to polish off the build ^^

You should look into Water Protection potions/gear so you can actually go in the water when needed. You can even automate potion brewing with Create. :3

I really like the periscope on the submarine, but I think it would look super cool in a copper or gold color

I really like the periscope but I think it'd be even better if some of that gray block was incorporated elsewhere in the build - maybe some gravel mixed in with the sand?
