Great little looky. I have to live vicariously through your videos until the trains are running again on a weekend to the coast.
It’s really apparent how baked Ocean Parade is on a sunny day. I like to see faithfully replicated Expo88 sun-sails at a smaller scale to add shade to the area. Then they could remove the hodge-podge of other shade structures at that end of the park. It’d fit in with the theme and be a real nostalgia treat for Queenslanders.

When The Claw reaches the end of its life, I hope DW recognise how popular it is and simply replace it with a version which goes full 360°. Then they could run a soft-style and hard-style cycle and boom! Two ride experiences for the one investment, just like Dragon Slayer!

This is awesome to see how everything looks. I was last on the GC around Xmas and won't be back till holidays in March. So it's cool to see how everything is looking with all the changes.
