Thanks for this review Willie. Looks great, I like this direction to offer a simple, low cost, "pure" router for SOHO applications. Hope it motivates other companies focusing on AIO platforms to re-focus on basic network elements.

Thx Willie! I'm looking forward to the GWN7002/3 review as they have a few PoE and some SFP ports. Please mention if you're able to run their APs off the PoE ports, and if you need to use both of them to a single AP or can hook up 2 APs to the same router, just curious ;) Also, a mention of some SFP compatibilities would be nice. I'm excited to try Grandstream Routing, wireless APs as well, I think they performed very good for throughput compared to UniFi APs. I followed your ER-X firewall tutorials for site-to-site VPN, LAN and VoIP for our small business. Thank you!

Could you explain the use of switching on 'Manager Settings' in 'Basic Settings'. Looked at the online GWN700X Manual and there is a section for 'Manager Settings' but there is no information.

Howie. Because remote phones often are a challenge. Does this router provide an ease of simplicity when establishing a remote phone through the UCM 6100 and 6200 series?

I am having issues with our grandstream phone in UCM6208. I changed the name of an ex-employee to a new employee's name (in the extension and model template) the problem is that when other employees called me with there ext number the extension it still show the old employee name even tho i changed it. What can I do to change this?

Finding availability of this device to be hard to find. Seems they may be having supply line issues. I've seen that pattern with Ubiquiti which started me jumping ship. Have you any thoughts on that?
