I am definitely getting one, while there are people saying "It is still not better than consoles", well that may be true but the fact that the technology to get a pc game runny at roughly the same FPS and same settings (or less) as the last Gen consoles, on a small tablet for a huge decrease of power usage on the graphics is extremely incredible! I am one that is up for the next line of tablets that in the future will be able to incorporate PC gaming on the go!

And its really a solid 30 fps with a few fps drops nothing noticeable i think its decent next chip will defiantly be much more better also cant wait for apple A8 chip

You have to remember this is mobile the consoles use 100 wats the mobile uses 5 wats plus the graphics level is exactly the same quality and the nvidia Tegra k1 has a higher resolution then the console which makes it slightly more detailed

What I find interesting is all these comments downing the shield tablet because its only on par with last gen consoles but funny thing is no other mobile chip can do half that right now and run the unreal engine 4 that ps3 and Xbox 360 can't and the fact it runs basically a regular graphics chip so its easier to develop PC games for it then it would be for the ps3 or Xbox 360 and its 10 tens smaller the both and doesn't over heat doing any of these games I say the people hating on it are the ones who haven't used it or there budget won't allow them to own it or there mom or dads either way the shield tablet has broken new ground for MOBILE gaming kids not a huge bulky console and as for Nvidia getting turned down for there support incorrect info not sure were u got that from Nvidia walked away from ps4 for amd to step in instead and for Xbox one they don't have there chip but the support there phyx engine so please people read more before sounding stupid on your post

Look at the Tegra K1, Ps4 and Xbox One, are no Enemies for the Tegra K1 too.

I hope Android make a "Android Console with Tegra K1 or Better" like the Ouya Console.

The tablet run it with Physix and more stuff and this need more power
