Nice job ! I like those things you use to hold the form together as there is a lot of pressure down in that wall .. I’m a builder in Europe we work with some different formsystems, but I like the system with the plywood you use, it’s light to handle

Holy shit!
The amount of time spent even just drilling holes for the ties and cutting I could only imagine.
Rent some panels and hardware and this would have taken at least half the time.

We don't have basements in west Texas because of all the caliche. What's the typical cost of building walls like this above ground say 2, 000sqft?

Why not rent forms? The forms come with ties and whalers.
