Rodney, I have to say, I have no idea why you don't have more subs. Your game descriptions and how-to's are always dead on, very well explained, and your videos are always very professional looking. I know this is a really short video for an easy game, but I was just thinking it, so I figured i'd say it. :)

Hi Rodney,
In your example there's a 1, 4, and 5, and you state that the 1 beats the 5 with its special power, but the 4 beats the 1. The rulebook only addresses the case where the 1 and 5 are "heads up, " ie alone with no other monsters.

So you're saying that if there's a singular 1 and a singular 5, the 1 wins, regardless of whatever other monsters are played?

Ie, would it be safe to say this: when a 1 is played against a 5, and neither cancels, the 1 shall be treated as a 6, so that it functionally also beats a 4 played at the same time?

So Ichi beats Go, is that the only "out of order" trumping? I have a pre-production copy myself by it didn't include a rule book.

If a 5, 1, 2 were bid, does the 1 or the 2 win ? The 1 beats the 5 but the 2 beats the 1 right ?

In your example, 3:08 with 3 plays playing a 1 a 4 and a 5
1 beats the 5,   5 beats the 4,   doesn't 4 beat 1?
and of course the 1 beats the 5 which beats the 4 which beats the 1
I'm getting confused and going round in circles

In the case I have 4 diamonds in my monster collection and then i win a bet and that gives me  1 diamonds and -2 diamonds, that means i win cause i get the 5 diamonds and then i got the -2 or all is aplied at the same time?

I like small games like this, but it seems just a tiny bit too shallow (at least for me).  I'm hoping the playthrough videos prove me wrong :)

What happens in a 3 player game and bidding on a monster with all the same card, lets say a 5? Do we take our monsters back and discard the monster we bit for?

you never stated what happens if all three people play the same monster in this video
