Updating resets developer options.

Everytime you restart your tv it gets back to default settings except that transition settings. You have to do the same process each time you turn on your smart tv.

On my sharp 50 inch I just set background processes to 2 and then it was smooth with all the animations and transitions and everything

Every time i set background process to 2 or 1, its makes my chromecast function off.. i cant find my tv in YouTube when i pressed that cast button.. Android sysytem web view should be running in the background always to cast mobile phone to tv . It killes the process of Android system web view and makes my tv undiscover by any smartphone..
