I dont think Lily and Edgar are too "no skill" brawlers, but they are very easy to play
(Now i'm thinking in those Edgars that use auto aim super and jump in the same place)

While yes, with the playstyles you used in this video, these brawlers are no-skill. However, with lily for example, her gadget is the sole reason that she is no-skill. If you use the other gadget, she takes much more skill. As for tick, getting value out of him doesn't take much skill, but using him effectively does.
