I think his entire design is a failure. How can you screw up a god that has 10 heads and a 20 arms... they aren’t showcased in any of his abilities and I doubt many people even know that about him if they only know him from smite.

And here I am cutting my head off for the seventh time to my statue of HiRez Ajax in a jungle hoping one day he becomes a warrior again! R.I.P my main

Can you do a history of Nox and how she went from having a clunky kit to her current state

I would run Ravana in the solo lane all the time before he became an assassin. He was my favorite solo lane god. I miss his old warrior playstyle.

Good vid but release Thor is by far the worst god ever released, literally none of his abilities worked.

1st ability
-Lower base damage 50/80/110/140/170 (release) -> 50/90/130/170/210 (today)
-Unable to teleport to hammer
-Longer cooldown 14 (release) -> 12 (today)
-Less damage on return to minions 50% (release) -> 80% (today)

2nd ability
-The wall didn't appear until a second after casting
-Only slowed not stunned

3rd ability
-Lower base damage 100/175/250/325/400 (release) -> 100/200/300/400/500 (today)
-Lower scaling 125% (release) -> 225% (release)
-More mana 70/75/80/85/90 (release) -> 65/70/75/80/85 (today)
-Longer cooldown 13s (release) -> 11s (today)

4th ability
-Much more delay on landing so it was impossible to hit
-Gave a warning to enemies on the targeted area so even harder to hit
-Less stun 1s (release) -> 1.5s (today)

I miss warrior ravana he was my main I had 4K worshipers he fit my play style perfectly, then they made him into an assassin and now I am ashamed

You forgot to mention that he had no range at all, his 1 had nearly the same range as a basic attack, and his ultimate also had less range.

Edit: I want Apollo's history.

I personally think release Hera was the weakest release. Her whole kit revolved around Argus, who at the time of her initial release was suffering frequent bouts of suicidal tendencies (and had 0 protections for whatever reason), her Polymorph was slow af, her shield was quite weak on release, and her 1 was only just barely decent for damage.

Tell me about the history of Guan Yu... I heard some scary stuff about him in early release

I miss the days in season 3 where ravana was a top tier solo laner so much. My two favorite gods (Ravana and Ama) were the king and queen of solo, and I loved life.

Now Ravana is a straight jungler and Ama's peak viability in the past year has been in support :_(

i liked ravana since his release even tho i knew he was weak but yeah he is in a pretty good place now and im glad about even for the fact that he is an assasin now instead of a warrior :/

Might as well take first. I would like to suggest Bakasura. (and Kali/Bastet for the skin changes.)

Release ravana, when nobody played him because people screamed bad, was when I liked him most and I dunked on people who couldn’t fight me because they didn’t know what he could do

I've been trying to find the original numbers behind his 10-hand Shadow Fist, but they don't seem to be listed anywhere. I distinctly recall it having this really weird non-linear scaling to it (kind of like how Prana Onslaught used to scale as seen at 4:01), and that it started around 2.5% damage dealt or something like that.I also would say Ravana was the third worst god release, purely by virtue of his hit chain being better than Kali's at using Qin's. Took way to long to get a build online to use it though. Silver medal would go to Cabrakan because as bad as he was, he was still a meatshield his team could hide behind. I'd say the apex of worst god release in Smite ever would be Nox, since her damage was outright awful and was a free kill at every point of the game.

I strangely want a video like this about Tyr

Feels like the passive in current game rarely helps. Granted, I'm happy to see this episode and finally learn how and why I lose it-the shield must be completely broken-but it almost seems like something I can't utilize until late game where I can demolish things without taking much dmg and losing the shield.

Also the root on his 3 used to be 0.25 seconds i think

I really like when ravana came out because I played him as a crit jungler. His ult and 3 to engage, his 1 for extra damage and jungle clear, and his 2 to close gaps
