Sir time table से study करे तो एक pressure feel होता, यदि time miss hua to वह time interval self regret करने मै निकल जाता है, यदि target biase study करे तो mostly time target complete nhi ho पाते है फिर last time regret feel होता basically I am study target biase, but how to minimize some unbalance daily target..
