It's so funny because in the rest of the scene it's this just sudden, serene moment of Cage winding up like a damn cartoon character. The rick and Morty clip going from intentionally clunky animation to the highly detailed motion tracking and the addition of the classical music ironically makes it feel like high art. It's a satirical message crammed into an abrupt 3 second package.
