Yesterday I had an important swimming competition..
I practiced for this competition all the year..
Yesterday I swam 200 Backstroke and next week I have 100 Backstroke and 400 Freestyle..
In the 200 backstroke I felt like I failed.
I did 2 seconds better than what I did at the end of a set in training.
WHAT?
Even my coach said it wasn’t good.
He said it wasn’t physically bad.. It was mentally bad...

I felt like I disappointed everyone. My coach, my parents, my teammates and mostly, myself.

I hope next week will be better.
