As a fiction author, I would never use AI for writing. It's good if you're having issues with paragraphs and works well with blurbs, but an overall book would be stilted. I've read some of the writing done and AI uses a lot of adjectives and adverbs. You feel like someone is telling you a story instead of putting you into the mind of the character.

I've followed the experiences of a couple of mainstream authors who have already experienced the downside of AI - meaning someone has not only used AI to scrap content from another person's boo, k they even published it under that author's name! I've seen Amazon's reply to these issues, and they did NOT deem even blatant stealing like this as ban-worthy. So, I don't where you've come up with your determination of how one can be banned, but Amazon is not on the same page. In fact, there's already a movement to take a legal path to get them to establish standards - but no one things it's going to happen soon.
