World's Best Fish Sauce Taste Test! - Thử xem nước mắm nào ngon nhất thế giới

I did a taste test of all the fish sauces that I could find at my local Asian grocery store here in Denver, Colorado. Criteria had to be MSG free, including free of hydrolyzed proteins, yeast extracts (and other synonyms for MSG). Feel free to share and repost this video. #1. Red Boat Family Reserve - The most expensive, but worth the money! Made in Vietnam
#2. Golden Shell and Hai Yen - Great second place with nice flavors! Both made in Vietnam.
#3. Ong Gia (Old Man) made in Vietnam and Megachef made in Thailand.
#4. Regular Red Boat, Golden Boy, Tiparos, Prawn Brand, Oyster Brand, Crabs and Scallops brand.

What do you mean MSG free?
Glutamate is naturally occurring in savory sauces, especially FISH SAUCE.
I don't understand the backlash on MSG, it is perfectly unharmful.

Hưng Thịnh is a favorite label of my family fish sauce, also 40 N, how good is it in your list? May i know your opinion? Because i have not try the "Red Boat" yet.

excellent video. I always fascinated with fish sauce and wanted someday try the real pure one. I heard from some friends, the pure one is tasty. All you need some hot chilly with it and you will never go back to mix one anymore.

Aussie here. Do you know much about Ong Ky fish sauce? I can buy the 40° version of it at my local Asian market. I prefer it to Red Boat but cant find much info about it.

The World Best Fish Sauce you can NOT find in American or Western Europe or anywhere around the world. Only the people who makes fish sauce they have it and use for family or given to friends.

The best one i have ever tried is Thanh ha. I often buy that one. Red boat is not avalible for me to buy!

Wish I had the variety you guys can access there. My brands are Squid, Lucky, Thai Kitchen, and at the fancier grocery chains aka high priced chains - 3 Crabs. There's, like, a handful of asian grocers here. What's your recommendation on the 3 that are easy to find?

Fish contain high in protein, check protein in the lable, fish sauce without protein ?? Chemicals and flavor enhanced.
