I love how they did Percival Tachyon's voice, and the effect they added to it.

The plumber is one of the most mysterious characters in this game. He seems to be everywhere he's least likely to be.
(spoilers to crack in time)
Seems to know events before they happen and a good example is in crack in time when the plumber was in Clank's mindscape and foreshadowed what Clank would need to do during the final battle.
