Avro Lancaster 'Just Jane'

We head to Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre to get an update on 'Just Jane' the Avro Lancaster that's being restored, in hope to get NX611 back to the skies. We catchup with Andrew Panton, As he takes us around the hanger giving us exclusive access to the wonderful site and collection.

Great mini doc about Just Jane. I was just wondering what the latest news was with respect to getting her airworthy and this video delivered. The background info and interviews were a great bonus. I need to get out next summer and see this magnificent bird taxi!

By the way, THE BBMF LANCASTER AT CONINGBY, you can just go and see her, best to ring up and check she's not out flying first, but go and pay your small entrance fee and see her for yourself, plus quite a few spits and hurricanes stored in the hangar ready for flight

I'm confused but that's nothing new😅i was thinking about the dates, i'm sure you know when you bought it and from whom but isn't this the Lanc that was 'gate guardian' at RAF Scampton? I got to look round her while she was there and have pics sitting in all the crew positions😁👍 i was around 13 which would mean 1983? Oh hang on that's what you said...i told you i was confused😂😂
