I really think scientists should just concentrate on finding away to travel light speed first. 25 years of pushing on that is better than waiting 25+ years for a signal from another planet. In my opinion anyway.

Wouldn't Teegarden b need to transit its host star in order for JWST to detect the spectra of its atmosphere? Or is it close enough to Teegarden's Star that James Webb will be able to measure reflected sunlight coming from the atmosphere?
