If you don't have space to store your Jackets for winter, you can get the Ziploc hanging vacuum bags. They vacuum supper skinny and can fit in the closet with much less room.

Bookshelve Idea - the dent left of your bed would fit some shelves perfectly and would free up the shelve next to the door which could either hold clothes or go to clear up some more floor space +

One lower shelve next to the bed could act as a second night stand

you should get vacuum seal bags for your big coats in the off season! those are game changers

Definitely recommend getting a coat rack for a corner in the entry or living room and even if you share it, you can move a few of yours out there and clear up a bit of space! Better than nothing!
