like the fact that your videos are always to the point ... but the best part was how casually you took that glass out of your bag 😅..

Nice introduction 😊. Looking forward to the rest of the series. Hoping that in the upcoming videos you can include your recommendations on the best sources of information on when to open specific Bordeaux wines. The “drink from” dates can vary significantly across reviewers, and if you only have 1 or 2 bottles per Chateau per vintage you don’t want to open too early, so am hoping to hear your thoughts on the best place to go for this kind of information.

Bordeaux !!!❤❤❤❤❤❤. I miss the pleasure of walking on the streets of Saint-Émilion, of having lunch in a restaurant in Paulliac in front of the river and enjoying the happy hour in Saint Julien

Old world Bordeaux has long been my favorite region. I find the history and heritage very interesting. Plus the wines have a nice earthiness and complexity I don’t find in many other wines. Lately I’ve been finding better value in second through fifth growth grand cru classe Bordeaux. More so than Cabernet, especially Napa Cabs.

Hi Agnes,
i recently purchase 2005 Haut Brion but i suspect there is a leaking during shipping as the label was stained by the wine itself.

Does the bottle automatically gone bad? Or am i still able to keep it?

Thanks

it will be interesting to check whether Alvarinho will fit into Bordeaux wines. I did not know about these grape introductions.

and please, New World winemakers: just like gin and tonic (awful when drank separately), CS and Merlot were made to be together. stop making monovarietals of them, just blend them and be happy!

Futures are unfortunately most profitable by name, not necessarily quality. Prefer your recommendations!. The tannins incidentally are drying your mouth, lol… we need more from your opinion!
