Finally back with some more Zelda! ♥ This one was a while in the making, but I finally got the inspiration to finish it. Hilda's theme has been one of my recent favorites since I beat Link Between Worlds. Hope you all enjoy!

Yuga lacked the power to see the plan through, so he had to absorb it from Ganon.
Hilda lacked the wisdom to understand that there was a better way.
And Lorule's own Link... he lacked the courage to defy her, so he sought out one who did.

I remember the first time I finished this game...
SPOILER ALERT!
When Link finally defeats Hilda, I had already empathized with her, and with her world. I didn't want to leave them sad and suffering, and maybe it was my naive mind, but when Link and Zelda return to Hyrule leaving Lorule in darkness, I got so worried. "NO! This isn't what I wanted! I don't want to leave them!" I yelled. And when you see the triforce in front of you, I knew, just like Zelda, just like Link, what the wish was going to be. And I actually totally honestly cried some tears when they wish to return Lorule it's triforce. Man! I love this game

Hilda is literally my favorite character from Zelda, and you matched her perfectly. The desperation of bringing her kingdom back and the sadness she realizing that she hadn't done what was right is so real in this cover. I am in love!! 💜

Now that was an excellent characterization of Hilda in just two minutes of song. Rebecca's cover is beautiful and it is great to see that you are now writing your own lyrics for Zelda songs, you have a real knack for understanding the core of a character and can put it to great melody and music.
