I'm a senior female and not too long ago had my garage door opener installed. Several weeks ago it stopped working right after the storm so I was feeling like it could be relative however, I was thinking more toward a shortage or electrical issue but began realizing that everything electrical was still working. I began to search youtube for the fixing of garage door openers and to make a long story short, I located your video. I can't thank you enough for explaining and demonstrating this in a way for even me to try. It didn't work for me the fist try so I played video again and realized I missed a small step by not lifting the garage door to snap back in place. I am so happy and feeling better now that my garage door is opening again. God bless you 😊

Thank you so much for this! I had the power out and was stuck opening and closing the door manually and, while good for my biceps, was a pain and a hassle. Watched your video, went out and, actually, had to pull the cord toward the front of the garage, not the door to lock it into place, but it is now working as it should!

After having the door manually opened, I'm attempting to put my garage door back int the "locked" postion, but the power is not yet on. Is this possible?

Except that it won’t click back in. It just hangs down and won’t reconnect. It doesn’t snap into anything when I try to reconnect it. Genie opener.

I changed the battery in my garage remote now it doesn't work just flashes lights on the overhead unit whenever I press the button and I can't seem to find an answer anywhere how to reprogram it
