The Detroit street track was on the OG Grid, so I drove it many a time on Xbox. Didn’t really work well for open wheel racing, it was too easy to clip a curb and get launched straight into a barrier. Good for touring cars though. Long Beach was on there too, and I enjoyed that a lot, good mix of corner types, it’s a street circuit but plenty of variety made it feel like a road course with no run off.

I more or less agree with this tier list. This is my personal ranking : 1. COTA - 2. Watkins Glen (1960s layout) - 3. Long Beach (first layout) - 4. Riverside. The Indy road course was rather mid, although the layout they currently use for Indycar is actually pretty cool ...
