the ebay headers do their job, it does eventually rust but they are still better than stock, it bolted right in, made me alot of engine space, and sounds better

Bosal said it was the stock exhaust, not sure if it is or isn't but I just picked up a 90 civic si with the same engine and the exhausts are indeed different, the bosal sounds better than stock, not loud at all. I'll upload a video of my new car in the next few days

nope, its comes all setup and ready to install, I just disconnected the exhaust from the bottom and the old manifold at the head and slipped the header in, fits perfectly. The header is the best $40 I've spent however I would not buy another ebay catback exhaust, it wasn't any good.

this video was just made after it was installed so it lets off alot of fumes for the first hour, besides the point that its moist over here, cold, and my car was running like crap its needs all maintenance done, its probably running on three cylinders right now

there is only one car I would replace it with which is also a honda. Now anybody who would say no to the car i'm thinking of would usually look bad but its a 1996 honda integra type r, the real jdm version right hand drive and all

yes forgot to mention this video was made after I washed it, I sprayed alot of water into the exhaust

Hey How are you liking the exhaust still?  I have a 91 Civic Si with an SOHC ZC.  Previous owner had an eBay header and DC sports catback.  It isn't my thing, it is too raspy  I am either thinking of going with a stock muffler or doing the kit from Bosal. Why does it almost sound like it is vibrating against your sway bar or something when you rev it?  Thanks for any feedback you can give!

thought about it but nobody would give me the value of it, they all made offers of what a rusted out high mileage crx would cost, not worth it besides I can't replace it for what they were offering
