Thank you PBK, very well done. How the battery was dessigned and housed on this Samsung model is a complete disater. I'm sure there are plenty of users who simply tried to take the battery out as they have always done on a cell phone, and quickly found that there Samsung was broken. Thanks Suamsung ;- (

The one thing missing was all the screws that you had to remove and indication of where all 17 of them are.
The hint on the Battery removal and the nice shot of the battery was great!
One thing that might help in battery removal suction cup tool or to use those shower suction cups ..to give some more pull and gripping.

No fancy "plastic pry tool" needed. Did fine with a Van der Hagen razor blade from Walmart, easily retrievable from my bathroom cabinet, paired with a clean pop top from a Fancy Feast cat food can in the kitchen dish drainer. Nothing like using what's on hand when it's 4AM and you accidentally knocked the phone into a bowl of water in the bathroom sink, when you've just arrived home from the country and discovered a tick burrowed in your flesh and you're having a hard time pulling it out... I think that's Murphy's Law, isn't it? When it's been a long night and one thing goes wrong, a whole cascade of things will go wrong in quick succession 😂 ‼️ Thank you so much for this video!

I'm not the only one who thinks all phones should, by default, have an easily internet antenna, right? Especially for people who have jobs which require them to travel to the middle of the jungle where there are dead spots everywhere. And since without internet, phones are no longer phones.

When replacing the battery, do you use any type of glue?
If so, which one(s)?
I'm going to proceed to disassemble it because it was submerged in water and I want to disassemble it to clean it well with isopropyl alcohol. Any additional advice?

you can also get the screen with the frame included which makes the repair even easier, and the cost difference between getting it with or without the frame is like $3. then you dont have apply unnecessary heat to the frame of the phone.

Please reply.I was transferring my old screen to my new one because the screen on my old phone broke and I accidentally ripped the battery cable of my old .Can I just use the one and just replace the glass or do I have to use the cable that is attached to the back of the screen on my old phone
