As many others commented, don't touch the capacitor's as I did in the video. Mine was very old and completely discharged.

BE VERY CAREFUL. You can die doing this. Capacitors can hold enough charge to kill you. I would honestly re-upload this video with a strong warning not to touch the capacitors, and also give tips on how to discharge them.

Please take this video down and re-upload a version with a warning to leave the power supply disconnected for many hours, not touch capacitors and protect yourself with something as simple as rubber washing-up gloves. always fear to clean the power supplay unit after one just gave up on me when i tried. the vent stoped after i "Tried" clean it and burned the psu and my old gpu.
