I found was grossly undereducated men who called themselves “preachers” or “pastors” who were chiefly interested in:
1. Making money
2. Gaining popularity
3. Spreading a false gospel

It was quite obvious to me they had very little Biblical knowledge.

MacArthur, on the other hand, has a vast knowledge of the Bible and goes to great pains to explain it so articulately. I can honestly say that he changed the direction of my life. I am forever grateful to find such a wonderful teacher. Therefore, I’ve created this YouTube channel in order to propagate his accurate and thorough Biblical teachings.

God is love, hate/racism is the opposite of love. Hate/racism isn't a deal breaker for many Christians. Many Christians have abandoned their biblical principles for their political affiliations.

It holds that racism/prejudice is systemic thru society.
Racism is sinful behavior. Sins must be condemned in order to redeem.

This problem is not only in churches.
Many people in all times, change when they get promoted or given a leadership role etc. They need to go to refresher courses to keep them focused.

I agree that 'unleashing hate and hostility in the church is not the answer to solve racism'. However, you also cannot dismiss the fact that racism is a serious problem in the church. The issue of racism and social injustice are intertwined with religious doctrine. How can people who believe in a book that encourage them to love thy neighbour, still espouses racism, and still comfortably live in a society where social injustice is prevalent? How can a people with a Godly conscience dismiss the social injustice in their society, and still claim to truely uphold God's word? The notion that racism and social injustice are completely seperate is dangerous, as it may create the mind of the Christian slave owner, one who enslave people on the weekdays and reads his bible, which states that in the eyes of God every man is equal, on the weekends. The contradiction is clear for all to see. If religion must be taken serious seriously these issues cannot be slide back under the carpet, as we have always done in religious circles.

Everything is tribal. We are all born into different tribes and for a time we seem different. As long as we permit ourselves to focus on our differences we stay tribal and retain our differences. If we look for similarities rather than differences we begin to meld with other tribes into a new one. The alliance that gives the most hope and lasting satisfaction of being a member of is the tribe of Jesus Christ where we put all differences aside and become one.
