I would seek advice about microphones because there was so much background noise and I was having to use the subtitles even though with that telling me what you were both saying I could tell that I would have had no problem understanding if the sound was better. You get so much more being able to look at them while you listen.
Other than that great video! I too received enlightenment, so, I know, hope you're doing ok buddy! 🙃

It's good to see modern Japan Zen evolve into self-inspiration for wisdom, compassion and self-development through meditation, as opposed to the original Zen from China which tends to focus on self-inspiration for omniscient self-entity equal to the universe, through meditation...the original Chinese Zen meant to destroy the order of the universe by enlarging the value of every individual that makes up the universe...which is ultimately anarchy...

I came to hear how exactly Japanese people pronounce “zen” but it’s interesting that this monk didn’t say it even once. Maybe it’s on purpose - meaning that you can’t describe and talk about the real nature of experience and being.
