I was in a bad car accident 4 years ago and ended up with severe whiplash that ended up with me having spine surgery to replace a disc in my neck after PT and cortisone injections weren't working. Took a full year to recover and get back to normal life. It's been 2 years since my surgery and I just got my purple belt in karate, so it's not slowing me down. 💪🏼

I've fractured my left thumb. Happened in July of last year. I was getting out of my grandmothers car and was going to shut the door and had my hand on the inside door frame and the door shut on my thumb. Had to wear a splint for about six weeks. But also when I was six I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and still have it at 23. I slipped in fell in a Home Depot and hit one of my knees hard enough on the floor that that the next morning I couldn't apply any pressure to that knee so I had to go to the doctors and they tried a few injections but it only made my knee hurt way worse. And over time the arthritis just spread to the rest of my joints. Some days I'm more stiff in my neck then my knees and some days my joints in my fingers and wrists are more stiff. Ankles and knees bug me most in the winter or if I'm on my feet for too long without memory foam shoes.

I certainly can relate to Bailey's knee surgery. I, myself had one, surgery on my right knee bcuz of a torn meniscus. Then when i was like Carter's age in preschool i had tonsil surgery to get my tonsils removed.

I remember that I only had one surgery to remove my appendix. After I gotten out of the hospital after staying there for a day, I couldn't laugh for a few days without feeling any pain.

-My brother has had *uncountable* injuries. I don’t remember a few of them though.
-My sister as a kid, was chewing on a coat hanger. A few mins later, my mum told her to give it, she said “No!” And continued chewing. My dad came in a few seconds later and yelled “Give that to your mother now!!” She ripped the coat hanger out of her mouth and was sent to the hospital as soon as possible.
-I don’t get hurt often but my major one is glass in my leg. My sister and mum had to help me to get it out. Luckily, it didn’t go that deep and there was only one piece. There’s currently a faded black dot on my leg where the glass was and the skin grew over it.

I know the worst injury that happened to me. I had a couple. In third grade over Easter Break, my cousin was climbing up my grandparents' slide because they had a playground back in the day, and his boot got stuck, and he landed directly on my right arm. I fractured my right hand, and I couldn't do handwriting for weeks because of the injury. In 2018, I twisted my right knee, and that same year in November 2018, I was going to step off the Wii Fit board, and I stepped off awkwardly, and dislocated my left kneecap. It was a freak accident, and I was almost driven to the ER, but then when I hopped into the vehicle, my kneecap slid back into place. I was so relieved, but I was in so much pain, and needed to get a knee brace because I had loose muscles in both of my legs. I also injured my left wrist while I was going to stand up after sitting on the cement on my steps. I thought I sprained it, and didn't have to see a doctor, unless the swelling got worse. I hated the tingly fingers, and it sucked. I had at least four different injuries in my life, and I got the fact that I am a clumsy person.
