Humour is never a bad way to deal with existential dread. If it's out of your control, might as well make light of it. Hasn't failed me yet!
Also, Ina's dark jokes I always found relatable, and are actually the main things that made her my oshi in Myth. Her humour is quite similar to mine, and she is generally comfortable to be around.

Here in the Philippines specifically in baguio city, in session road. Every sunday cosplayers and artist can show up and draw on the road. I saw an Ina art on the road I put some money as a tip then nodded at the portrait of Ina then the artist talked to me. I found a friend through my longing of Ina. Very happy rn

To be honest, this is actually a sound advice in coping with existential dread. What's the point with worrying about shit that's beyond your control? It's hard to do so since we're all conditioned to only seek happiness in a materialistic sense, which in a cosmic sort of way, non-existent, but I do believe this is the closest to an ideal solution as it can get. I do wish I learned this when I was younger.
