Update: The reason $SIL is holding below its 200 day moving average is because the second largest holding in the fund is PolyMetal International PLC, a Russian-Based mining company that makes up more than 12% of fund holdings. With the current sanctions regime in place, in my opinion, that makes $SIL a no-go.
