TDP leader Nawab Jan while speaking at the ‘Samvidhan Bachao Sammelan’ organised by the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind said that party Chief Chandrababu Naidu will never allow the Waqf Amendment Bill as he is a secular-minded person, who will never support a Bill which harms Muslims’ interests. The Waqf Amendment Bill proposed by the Centre is currently under examination by the Joint Parliamentary. The question is that, Will Chandrababu say no to the Waqf Bill while he remains in alliance with the BJP which has pushed for the Bill? News9’s Sudha Sadhanand discusses.
