I love this man. I've commented on a couple of your videos before I think. I work in these panels every day. Hearing you go over some of this stuff helps to reinforce what I learn at work. We are doing a scada conversion on a waste water treatment facility. Some of our LCPs are huge, they contain 4 or 5 racks of PLCs. We run hundred of control wires to them coming from motor control centers, VFDs or to the equipment directly. I'm absorbing everything you say whether I know about it or not. I appreciate the series, keep up the good work.

New tech school grad for electricity & lucky enough to score an interview this Tuesday for a city job, entry level industrial electrician. These videos are great for my prep. Wish me luck.

As an electrically helpless mechanical guy this is so very helpful. Many basic questions, such as how to run power to multiple output connections without multiple input lines, etc, are answered by these videos. Thank you!

I'm designing an industrial control box as a part of a senior design project for uni.  These videos are invaluable for someone in my shoes who has never worked with or designed a panel before (especially as a mechanical engineer).  Thank you so much for this diffusion of knowledge.

This is a great video. In fact, the whole series you have put out there is fantastic. Thanks for the education and keep up the good work! PS: Those Phoenix Contact power supplies look really good in the control cabinet... :)

Finding these videos helpful in the UK even though the control panels are different. Similar principles.

In what order is suggested to watch these videos if I don't know anything about industrial control panels?

Thank you for the super helpful vedios.
I have a question on the wires cross section selection, what is the criterion to select it?
Also, for the wires labels, is there a suggestion for a standard to use? Like (source device/destenation device)
Thanks again.

When I need to turn off a circuit breaker in my home's service panel, instead of worrying about if I turned off the correct circuit breaker, I just turn off the main circuit breaker. It is easy and 100% safe, even though I have to reset all of the clocks in my house.

Wonderful videos, very helpful, I'd like to know how could you make this panel design on a software and the wiring connections, can you make a video for that ?

So the Power Supply is technically a transformer since it's input from 120VAC to output 24VDC.

Nice video. I must admit that your videos are very helpful to me.. However, i will like to know the panel categories and areas of utilization. Also you said something about ac and dc power cable color coding as per NEC and UL please could you also help clear that more for me. Thanks and keep up the great job

1:09 Wow, you have power with 483 phases! I'd hate to balance the load across all those ;-)

Isn't the main grounding bus missing a jumper to the last two terminals?
